Posting via XML-RPC

Lots of lightweight blogging tools are available for posting from remote locations. Is there a combination of XML-RPC server and client that would work with Plone? Maybe using Blogger or Wordpress API?

Localize Time Stamps

Facebook does this but Plone shows local server time.
